About Us

Who are we?

We are a group of enthusiastic technocrats who are willing to go all the way to 'be the change we wish to see in the world'. We are very passionate about our vision and we are very keen on converting this passion into actual projects like - freedomwalk - which can make an impact in the society. We believe that there is strength in numbers and we are looking forward to connecting with and working with people and organizations who share our similar vision. We believe that actions speak louder than words and we are going to prove this with our actions. Our parent organizations are Zyxware Foundation and Zyxware Technologies.

Zyxware Foundation

Zyxware Foundation is the not-for-profit organization that is being floated by the founders of Zyxware Technologies to actively pursue projects and initiatives that can bring about massive and systemic changes that will effectively help them in realizing their goals of becoming 'the change they wished to see in the world'. Zyxware Foundation is initially being funded by the profits from the operations of Zyxware Technologies but they are also on the look out for other funding opportunities. This organization, though still in its nascent stages, is starting their operations with such an ambitious project as the Freedom Walk.

Zyxware Technologies

Zyxware Technologies was started with a vision to be the change they wished to see in the world. They have been consistently validating this claim with their projects and their principles of conducting their business. Projects as diverse as the Chikungunya Tracking Software and the Freedom Toaster are proof of the commitment the team has showed towards their ideals. The philosophy of the company is to do good for the society while generating profits and then re-channel these profits back into doing more good for the society. The company has three areas of operations; 1) Software Development - Web based application development, Domain Services, Web hosting, 2) Hardware Vending - Sales and Services of Computers and Peripherals, 3) Free Software Promotional Activities - promoting the use and acceptance of Free and Open Source Software.
